Find your Insurance Plan Provider
If you have medical insurance, you will need to contact your insurer to get authorisation for any treatment and, in most cases, you will require a referral letter from your GP.
In case you do not have insurance
If you are self-paying you don’t need a referral from your GP. You can simply refer yourself and book an appointment.
Given the national effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19, you may request a telephone or a video consultation. However, we are still accepting face to face with appropriate infection control and social distance measures in place.
